On average, 40% of the energy we use comes from renewable sources, helping to reduce our carbon footprint. However, at times, we are able to reach 100%.

We use recycled aluminum in our processes, contributing to resource reuse and the circular economy.

Some of our accessories are made with certified wood flour (PEFC) and rice husks, without chemical dyes—natural, durable, and environmentally friendly solutions.

All packaging is made from cardboard sourced from responsible origins, with suppliers certified by the FSC.

We value and collaborate with local suppliers, supporting the national economy and reducing the environmental impact of transportation.

As CELAR is a company with a factory in Portugal, its ecological footprint is significantly smaller than that resulting from imports, particularly from the Asian continent.
